When standard software stops keeping up
Many companies run software that fitted well at some point. Over the years an Excel list was added, then a second tool for time tracking and a third one for quotes. Data is copied by hand, figures no longer match, and nobody is quite sure which list is the current one.
That is where we start. We look at how you actually work and build the software around it. Sometimes that means a completely new application. Often a clean interface between two systems that never talked to each other is enough. We tell you honestly what makes sense, even when that turns out to be the smaller job.
Our software development services
Custom software
Applications cut to fit the way you work, instead of bending your processes to someone else’s software.
Web applications and portals
Customer portals, internal tools and platforms that run in the browser and are reachable from anywhere.
APIs and integrations
Connections between your systems, so data is entered once and used everywhere.
Automation and scripting
Repetitive steps run on their own from now on. The result is reliable and traceable, with no copy and paste.
App development
Apps for iOS and Android, for staff working in field service, in the workshop or at the customer site.
AI integration
Language models and evaluations used where they really take work off your hands, with data protection in mind.
Maintenance and further development
Taking over existing software, keeping it stable and moving it forward step by step.
What we work with
We do not tie ourselves to one single technology. We pick it to suit the task. That keeps projects maintainable and keeps you independent of any single vendor.

How a project runs
First conversation
We listen and ask questions. After that both sides know what the task is and if it is a good fit.
Analysis and concept
We look at your existing systems and propose a way forward, together with an estimate of the effort.
Development in stages
You see a working version early on and can change direction before it gets expensive.
Testing and handover
Acceptance test together with you, training for your staff. Documentation and source code go into your hands.
Operation and upkeep
If you want, we take care of updates, monitoring and further development while the system is live.
What you get out of it
Frequently asked questions about software development
That depends less on the size of your company than on the task. If one person spends an hour every day typing data from one system into the next, an automation often pays for itself within a few months. For very small tasks we will say so openly if an existing tool would be cheaper.
An interface between two systems is often finished in two to four weeks. A complete business application with several modules is more likely to take three to six months. After the first conversation and a short analysis we can give you a concrete figure for your project.
The source code is yours, and so is the technical documentation. We hand both over when the project is finished. You are therefore not tied to us and could in theory have the software maintained by any other development team.
Yes, that happens often. We look at the code, check its condition and tell you honestly whether further development makes sense or a rebuild works out cheaper in the long run. A takeover always starts with a review here, not with an invoice.
You decide. It can run on your own server, in our data centre in Germany or with a cloud provider of your choice. For personal data we usually recommend a location in Germany.
Yes. Some agencies bring us in for the technical work while they take care of the concept and the design. On request we stay in the background and invoice the agency directly.
Tell us where things are stuck
A short conversation is usually enough to tell if your plan can be built and how. It costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
